Werewolf Review, Very Disappointing

As a movie buff, I always go about twenty minutes before the movie starts just to check out the previews. I get excited before each one comes on just to see whether or not I will be excited or turn to my friend and say, ” yeah not seeing that”.

Normally, I can tell which movie will be good by the preview itself, even though it’s not such a good preview. For example, when the preview is on I’ll think in my head okay not so good, they should have done this, but I know it has a good story line.

Sometimes, the preview will be have so many effects and look great and I’ll know that they basically gave away the entire movie and the storyline itself sucks. Well for the movie,The Werewolf, I was so hyped to see it especially seeing the cast and the great digital effects. When the time came to see the movie , boy was I  completely wrong, and  so disappointed in the film and in myself as well.

The story had so much hype especially with it being a remake to one of the greatest stories ever told and  the big cast including Anthony Hopkins and Benicio Del Toro. The movie had so much potential considering how much we have accomplished in technology and digital effects since the one prior. Besides the enhancement in the effects the movie was horrible. From the writing to the acting the movie was just unbearable, and half way through the movie I wanted to go to the bathroom just to waste some time.

The worst part of the movie was that it left it available for there to be another one, and hopefully if there is they rethink their storyline.
